Guest Room

Q. Is there a smoking room?

A. All rooms are non-smoking, and smoking rooms are available on the first and second floors.

Q. Do you have a curfew?

A. There is no curfew; the front desk staff is on call 24 hours a day. However, for security reasons, the automatic door of the entrance is locked from 0:00 to 6:00, so please use your guestroom card key to open the door.

Q. I want to stay with my pet.

A. We are sorry, but we do not allow pets to stay at the hotel. Guide and service dogs are allowed to stay with us.

Q. Do you have accessible rooms?

A. We have six universal double rooms available.

Q. Can I invite non-guests to my room?

A. Non-guests are not allowed in the room. Please meet in the lobby.

Reservation, Prices & Payments

Q. Are waiting lists accepted?

A. We are sorry, but we do not accept waiting lists.

Q. Do you charge a cancellation fee?

A. Individual bookings will be subject to the following cancellation fees. For group bookings, please contact us separately.

  • The day before: 50% of the room rate

  • That day: 100% of the room rate

  • No-show without contact: 100% of the room rate

* If you want to cancel a reservation through a travel agent, please contact the agency where you made your application.

Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?

A. Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.

Q. Can I extend my check-out time?

A. An hourly charge of 10% of the regular room rate will be levied; any extension after 3:00 p.m. will be charged for one night.

Q. When should I pay for my room?

A. Please pay the bill when you check in.
